Tom Giberson is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who has consulted with hundreds of individuals and organizations to develop leaders and leadership teams for over 20 years. He has conducted well over 1000 psychological assessments and interviews of leaders for both development and hiring purposes, and has extensive experience as a leadership coach. He also has deep experience as a leadership team coach for the purposes of team development, problem solving, and strategic planning.
Tom founded Lead.Grow.Change.® to house his consulting practice in 2002. Tom has served in a variety of roles as a senior consultant, director of client services, global director of organization development, and academic department chair. Prior to his academic employment, he held external consulting positions as well as director-level staff positions with global responsibilities regarding leadership development and organization improvement and change.
In his role as an Associate Professor of Leadership at a regional, state university in Michigan, he researches and publishes on a variety of topics including leadership, organizational culture, and the future of higher education. He also teaches leadership, teams, and organization development at the undergraduate, graduate, and Executive MBA levels.
